Have you heard of the new movie called Vampires Suck?
It's apparently a parody movie of Twilight and New Moon, made by the same people who mde Disater movie and Meet the Spartans.
I saw it's trailer on TV the other day, and it looks like it blatantly makes fun of not only Twilight, but Lady Gaga, Alice in Wonderland, Jersey Shore and the Twilight fans, in a really trashy way.
I'm kind of curious about it, because I like Twilight humor even though I'm a fan, but at the same time it doesn't look like it's worth seeing in theaters.

I'm going to watch it because I hate twilight.. lol.. It sounds really interesting.. I've got it downloaded and will be watching it real soon. I'm sorry that this seems insulting, but I really want to watch it, but not in the theater though. I agree with you, this is something that is not worth watching in a theater.
I'll probably watch this one first, then be forced by my best friend to watch twilight.. sighs.. FYI, I don't like it because it seems so fake, plus, I'm an Anne Rice vampire fan, and I really don't like whoever who wrote twilight.. (it apparently is a romance flick as well.. shrugs)

I cannot stand the whole "Vampire Craze", but I have seen one movie from those people before, and I have always been so disappointed. Now, when I saw "Date Movie", I received free tickets because there is no way I would ever pay nine dollars to see that kind of garbage.
I like movies that have a great story to them, a great cast, and that have something to really talk about.
Lately, I saw "Toy Story 3", "Despicable Me", and "Sorcerer's Apprentice" and I was not disappointed, it was nine dollars well spent.
My mother and I walked out of "Date Movie". We got to the middle of the film, and we just could not stand to watch it anymore because it was such a pile of junk.
I always try to encourage people not to see those movies. There are so many other films out there that are great, and that deserve to be watched, but "Vampires Suck" is not one of them.
Actually, if you want a really good laugh, I am encouraging everyone to watch "Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World", and trust me, if anyone here is a child of the 80's and 90's, you will love it and you will understand it.

Well I want to go see it. It looks kind of cheesy but it could be funny. When I first saw the preview I laughed.

I try to avoid these types of movies all together. I tried to watch the first Scary movie once and after 15 minutes I had to turn it off. I actually sat through the Date Movie and it was one of the worst movies I have seen.
I recently saw the preview for this movie and yes it looked funny but I could not sit through the entire thing. The preview is enough for me.

Hey! :)
You're right, it's not a movie to watch in theaters, but rather at home with your friends between funny conversations. It does make fun of the vampire phenomenon, especially of Twilight, but what i found very fascinating is ...how they actually refilmed some of the original scenes from the movies, without changing anything, thus proving how horridly embarrassing they actually were :) It's not a secret that i don't appreciate the Twilight saga (statement that already cost me a lot of mylot reputation so far :)) ), because i think the movies were poorly made, but at least i never expected too much out of them. The parody, on the other hand was a dissapointment because the humor is the same as all the other production of this sort. Nothing new to it whatsoever.
