what is paypal?

If you have a paypal account you have to link the account with either your checking or savings account. Once you have money in the paypal account, you can ask to have it transferred to your bank account. It can take a few days sometimes to transfer though. You have to pay a small fee (which is deducted from your amount in Paypal). It is not very much and well worth it. I have been using Paypal for years and I love it. I have never had a problem with it. Plus many people that EBay items, use this as a way to get paid. If you win an auction, you can transfer money from your checking account into your paypal account and then pay the person that way. No more checks in the mail.
