I do and it is one of the best things that I could have brought. You can pretty much set it up anywhere and watch a movie if I am doing something. The screen might be small but still if you need something to do, then its easily used. Plus, if the power goes out, it has a battery option and you can view movies that way. How about you? Do you have a portable DVD player?

Hello, Watching movies is the best entertainment according to me.In our leisure times we should watch comedy movies which makes to forget our sadness.I usually watch movies through the internet.Because i could save my money by watching through internet instead of buying DVD for a high price.I don't prefer portable DVD player. It has many features and it is costly.

Mine was not a DVD player, it's a media player which can play different formats of video. I simply cannot do without it. It shortens my long journey to work

Well, I was thinking of buying one. But I don't see the need right now. I have a laptop and I can watch dvd and vcd movies on my laptop. I can also do my work on it. Practically I can use it to watch and buying a portable dvd player is another expense for me. My laptop maybe a lot bigger and bulky as compared to a portable dvd player but it does more than play a dvd movie. So for the moment, my plan of having a portable dvd player is currently on hold.

Yeah, if you have a laptop, that will work. Do not presently have a laptop but I can play movies on my big computer. Of course, you can't really do anything else, so it is great to have the movie playing on the portable player while I multitask online. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

I bought one years ago and I love it. I recently had surgery and I watched a movie while laying in bed (since I do have a TV in my bedroom) while I was recovering. It is also great to have one when traveling.

Hello megamatt, well i dont have a portable dvd player because i dont need it. I have a Dvd player but not portable and thats enough. Afcourse i can use my laptop to watch movies, and i dont need extra cash to buy a protable player. Laptop has a bigger screen, and you can carry it everywhere like a portable dvd player. Cheers and happy myLotting !

Yes, I have DVD player at the same time TV. It is convenient to use even it has small screen. I bring it if I have a long trip to ease my boredom. I usually use it watching TV shows.
