dvr/tivo

We have had a DVR for years and could not imagine life without it. I love to pause live television. I also like to be able to easily record tv shows and movies. I almost never watch them when they come on since I want to fast forward through the commercials. Or maybe I want to go out the night the show is on so I will just watch it another day.
Anyone have a DVR/TIVO? How do you like it?

I have a DVR and I love it, too. Pausing live tv so I can get up in the middle to do something else is great. Plus, recording shows when I can't see them right away is also good. Skipping commercials is another bonus.

Hello there lulu1220. I have a DVR and just like you, I love it. The ability to record whatever show you want plus start over a show that started and you want to see from the beginning is so, so wonderful. Truth be told, it's kinda expensive ($25 a month) but I love it so much : )
