Work in groups or individually?

I choose individual work, because when working alone, I have my own working environment, thus I absolutely absorb in my work. But that doesn't mean I don't appreciate group work. The only negative feature I would not love to work in groups is the inactive members I cooperate with. What about your own choice?

Thanks for sharing! But what if no one in your group wants to work? Can you be encouraged in your job?

Although I don't mind working in groups and somewhat enjoy them, I still do prefer working on my own. I find that I can work a little better. It's just something that I prefer.

That depends on what kind of project or activity it is. Mostly i want to work alone esp if needs some specialization (with my craft)as i don't want to be disturb with asking what is next, what to do then. Once i get absorb with what i am doing,my concentration speed is doing well like a group of people doing one work. But sometimes,i want to work in a group esp if is about planning an event. I want to organize and assigned people to each designated works and fields. Happy Sunday and enjoy mylotting

I would not work with just anyone at group, only with people that I know which are serious, I am not planning to be others' baby sitter or covering up after them lacks. I remember something similar happened to me this year in a senior's project. Two of my friends and I were stuck with two other girls to make this project, they are sort of the class' "outsiders", neglecting themselves from everyone, sitting in the corner without trying to mix around like they are special or higher beings. Anyhow, we even used to work on the local library which was close to them neighbor, and yet they barely made it to our appointments and they wrote almost nothing... Of course we informed our teacher about it, because we felt used and in the end the three of us got rank of 95 and those two girls got each 80, Justice has been made... I do not really feel bad for doing this to them at all... I have been some sort of the project's leader and thanks to them I had many stressful times, I will let no one to use me.

i want to work on my own because i can work faster, but it doesn't mean i don't like to work in a group, i will work in a group if i know that the other members will cooperate with each other.
