..hi fellow Filipinos.. do you think PNoy was fair enough when he terminated Mr. Nilo from the PAG-ASA department? We experienced the inconsistencies of the PAG-ASA reports but I think it was justified enough because they really have no enough technology.. they lack appropriate tools to predict the weather.. For me, it should have been better if PNoy provided the budget for them and observe how the PAG-ASA department will work for three months before he decides to terminate people from that department..

PNoy was not fair when he terminated Mr. Nilo from his position. It is the lack of adequate and efficient equipment that prevents our weathermen from making good weather reports. Another thing is that the weather is really hard to predict - even other countries has its share of problems when it comes to predicting the weather. Expecting someone to predict the weather accurately is, by all mean, impossible. PNoy should have reconsidered keeping Mr. Nilo in his post - the man has diligently worked 2 decades of his life in the weather agency. A better solution was the one that you have proposed: give enough budget to PAGASA and give them time to use the budget and resources. Although, that solution is now in vain it seems.

..I do agree with you.. I just hope that PNoy will think over and over again before implementing or imposing something.. after all, the Filipinos are looking forward for his good governance and fair justice..
