I am just wondering why there are some people who can get a sleep so easy. Wherein they dont need to relax first to find theirselves sleepy. Wherein, the moment they lie down in bed or sit in sofa, they will easily get asleep....

gravityzero I'm not one of those people who sleep so easily(unfortunately). There are some people I know that are able to sleep within just a few moments after lying down, it's the opposite for me - it takes about 30 minutes to even 1 hour of lying down just to finally...
