I remember one night when I over ate myself and while sleeping i ended up having a horrible and terrible dream. I guess the caused the was the load inside my stomach or it was just a coincidence and it was something else? Have you tried this?

I have not really noticed a correlation between what I eat and what I dream. I did eat bad yesterday and I know I had a dream but I cannot even remember it. Maybe I will pay more attention to what I eat and the type of dream I had that night.

I always eat a lot during dinner and midnight snack. And also having weird dreams and stuff. I keep doing it, though my professor way back advised me not to eat much of foods which contains a lot of oil in it because it causes indigestion but I never followed that. Why whats wrong? nightmares are so cool and hardcore. I don't care if I die as well. Sometimes I get dreams like I know I'm asleep but half of my consciousness kicks in and my body get's very heavy that I can't move and breathing becomes harder. Some people also experienced that and were very scared but for me every time I get that kind of dream or whatever I just play with it. Pretty cool.

They used to say that eating cheese at night would give you nightmares, but that's just a myth that has its origin in Charles Dicken's A Christmas Carol. Eating late at night or something heavy gives me indigestion and that can cause sleep disruption and bad dreams.

i used to eat too much...especially if my favourite item is cooked...and then i used to sleep restless the whole night. i used to have stomach cramps...I used to wonder why i had a restless night, but slowly and steadily i got to know that it was my eating habit that resulted in the restlessness. I overcame this habit of mine and have more self control now on anything so yummy....you have got to have control(no choice) otherwise one suffers some way or the other. happy healthy eating....
