LOMO effect using a digital camera

Is there a way to have a LOMO effect using only your digital camera? What are the materials that would I need to do this? Is there a photoshop tutorial for me to achieve the effect? Thanks :D

You could try using melancholytron filter that you could download from www.flamingpear.com much easier to use than photoshop. If you want to use Photoshop there is a very cool tutorial at http://digital-photography-school.com/how-to-make-digital-photos-look-like-lomo-photography.
