I agree with you that juices are good for health. But, I have heard that it is better when you directly eat the food than making juice. I meant it is more effective when you eat the fruit or vegetable raw than making juice. I love to have juices and milk shakes, but they are pretty fattening. These days people have a lot of packed juices which are not good for health.

I have always been a person that drinks juice on a daily basis. However, I've never known that combining all of the different juices would have as many different benefits as what you've listed here. When it comes to my relationship with juice, I will usually drink orange juice or apple juice and when the craving hits me, then I will also drink grape juice from time to time. I might have to try some of the more exotic juices soon.

Hi Professor, it's very true that juice is nutritive and good for our healh. Lol...I'm rather lazy and always take fruit in the most convenient way by eating it straight away after the peeling. I seldom take extra trouble to prepare fruit just although I have the electrial blender. Lazy to wash the blender as well lol.... I would take fruit juice when I feel thirsty after jogging at the recreation park. There are many variety of fruit juice available at the ice store. Sometimes I find difficult to pick whichever. Thanks for the sharing and I have idea now which one suits me the most. Lol...I like the mixed juice prepared from papaya, pineapple and milk. I love juice which is rich in vitamin C, E and Iron. I need thic to improve my skin complexion as well as metabolism. I would like to try juice of the mix of carrot, ginger and apple. Of course I have to have the homemade one if I really wish to boost and clean my body system For we couldn't get ginger in the local ice stores here. I will save this valuable content as further referrence whenever any family member, friends or people I know need to strengten their body health. I need time to read them detailly as well. Thanks for the great sharing and take care

Hi. A very informative and great discussion. Me with my siblings make it a habit to drink juices almost every meal. Aside from the fact that it is rich with Vitamin C, it also contains a lot of nutrients in it.

Is all the '+' means 'mix'? I'm sure I won't like the tastes. I also like juices, but only pure ones. I take orange juice very often, but not daily. And also a kind of tea made of jujubes, medlar and roselle. My mother's invention...

hi professor I have an eight ounce glass of orangejuice every morning for breakfast here in Gold crest. can a diabetic really drink pear and banana as I thought that combination would shoot up our blood sugar really fast. My friend Shiv used to tell u about Bitter gourd but we dont have that here in ou r stores, unless in a health food store perhaps. He said it regulates our blood sugar.

May I add cucumber juice and honey taste good also for skin and anti-oxidant too. And I love the combination of apply and carrot juice. Maybe I will try adding tomato juice to know for myself how will it taste. I do love anything natural. I don't go for the commercial juices with preservatives, sugar and food coloring.

I love juices. I'll buy several flavors of juices and mix a little of each in a glass. I like lemonade and limeade. Then at times I do white grape, apple and pine apple. Looking at some of the juice mixing you have listed, I will give some of them try. Some of them sound interesting and I do like to try new things. But, I never thought of mixing with. I do love milk and will try some of those juice ideas with milk. Thank you for giving us more ways to mix juices as my health has always been important to me and I will not take anything unless it is ALL NATURAL. ~HERE'S TO OUR HEALTH~ :)
