I think that some of them are and some arent. I have found sites in the past that show before and afters of doctored celebrity pictures and you cant tell that they have been changed without seeing the original.

most of them are the one year dooring the super-bowl half time show their went Janet Jackson flashing all that were watching that day and their were a lot.

most likely no. because there is a lot of photo editing you can do to make it look real. sometimes i suppose it could be though.

Definetly they are real, I feel so. In real life also they feel free to go anywhere any place. They can enjoy. But sometimes they caught by some person. I think this is one such picture.
