Are you drinking a lot of fluids?Once you drink liquids your stomach will be full.This fullness of stomach will reduce your appetite for solid foods.If loss of appetite is for another reason than what I've mentioned there are tonics which physicians prescribe to improve appetite.

sounds like me. on these hot days I get very frustrated too. I just can't stand the heat and summer. so yeah it's the same with my appetite. I mostly eat yoghurts and ice creams and a sandwich from time to time, but no luch, cause really I have no appettite in a heat like that.

It's the same problem with me, it happens 'cause it's hot. so i try out eating ice creams and also chocolates. This help me a lot. I some time i also have vitamins is that i do feel like eating. Try this out........

Please take some ice cream or cold beverage, if you do not feel like eating on a hot summer day.

Yeah, christina, I think many people are off feed in summer. So...we always need special recipes in summer.
I think some food taste a little sour or spicy may stimulate the appetite. And some fruit is also useful, I think.
So...hope you will find your own way, and have hearty appetite!

Hi dear,
The climate change will affect our appetite.
Mostly everyone feel like at hot time don't like eat mcuh and look for to drink more. Water or any juice can resolve your problem.
Or have some kind of soupy type of food wich will help you to maintain food as well as shortage of water in your body.
However, here it is lot of rains. Drop after drop. Now it is raining since morning for about 4-5 hrs. It is so nice. Let me hope that the rains will come to you soon!!!

Yes, my appetite usually goes down in the summer as well. I drink a lot more though, which also seems to fill up the belly a bit. So try to drink stuff with some nutrition in it instead, that way you don't need to force yourself to eat, you know?
