Do you always receive notification from mylot?

Yes, I do, on a daily basis. I do get mylot digest, this is the summary of all the activities I performed and my friends'. I also receives notification for every response for my started discussion. And also receives notification if my response was chosen as the best response. So I receive a lot of emails from myLot:D

Its nice to receive replies to our discussion as notification through e.mail.We are immediately made ware as to who has replied to our discussion and how they have replied.I do agree with my predecessor that when friends start multiple discussions our mail box gets flooded.It is irksome wading through these many discussions as we can't reply to all.We can only reply to those that catch our attention and arouse our interest.Our replies in such discussion will be better than those where we are forced to reply just because our friends have started the discussion.

I think most members receive it. You have the option to turn off your notifications of course. I turned off some notifications as my inbox was flooding with discussions started by friends. It can get a bit too much when you have friends who starts multiple discussions everyday.

Hi, I'm new here too and I when I registered I indicated that I don't want to subscribe for email notifications. But I there is a way to do it later: Go to Preference and change notification subscription. Have a good time here!
