Hi supermommyjem, welcome to mylot! I'm sure you'll have tons of new friends here since there really are a lot of nice people around. I've already made some good friends through mylot. Anyway, I often find myself having a hard time balancing everything I do like taking care of my daughter and working online at the same time. Being a work at home mom is really challenging. Not to mention, I still have a blog to maintain. But overall, I think I'm still doing fine.hehe Happy mylotting.

Yes, it really is. I can't even remember how many times I got sick because of the multitasking I need to do. But, I can't let anything get on the way. hehe And I always find chatting with friends help me get some stress off. That's why I'm really glad to meet some nice people not just here on mylot but on other social sites and even on my blog as well.

Hi angryeve, Thanks for welcoming me here! We are in the same boat having a hard time balancing everything but I think we a solution to that and that is by creating a time table. It is really good to join some social networking sites like this sometimes to pour out what is inside in ourselves that we cannot talk about with our regular friends.

Well, welcome to mylot!!! If u wanna have more friends, then u should add them, most of them will not screen the request.. If u wanna have more friends, then it's your work to add them, it's not quite right to ask others to send u a request, u will get more responses for this discussion and u can add them by visiting their profile.. In the beginning when i joined mylot, i too started a discussion like this, where i got responses telling me to add friends by visiting others profile and it's not good to ask others to visit your profile to add them..So, i'm followed that way...

@gunagohan Yup, I agree. The better way is to add them instead and this is by going to the members' profiles. But I still don't see anything wrong in case someone wants to state an open invitation. =)

We are here in a world of online connections and since I wanted to gain more friends here I created a post for everyone who is interested to gain more friends as well like me since I am new in mylot.
