Love is such a strong emotion.. do you agree?

That is so sad. I feel so sorry for that boy! I hope he will be ok. Yeah, I do not understand how a mother of father can abandon their child or children but like you said, you can not really understand unless you have been in those shoes or that situation. $-MrDollars-$

True love IMO is wanting the happiness of the beloved MORE than your own happiness (Heinlein) There comes a time when parents should give up their children to their own independence and not be hovering over them all the time.

Love is one of the strongest emotions that we can feel. It has so many levels and there are no guarantees. Love can motivate us beyond all measure. it can also break our hearts. We all need love in our lives. Without it, life can be cold and empty.

So sad... But I know the woman who left her son is not happy now wherever she is.

Yes I agree that Love is such a strong emotion because if you have love you can do everything. in John 3:16 for God so loved the world that he gave his only son and that whosoever believe in him should not perish but have eternal life. In this verse the Lord loves us so much that he gave his only son for us isn't that strong emotion? and also in reality if a guy loves a girl he'll do anything for the girl just to be his wife.

Love is the greatest treasure of life. Especially the love of mother for her children is selfless and pure. This is a perfect joy for a mother. A great calm falls on her as her children are with her. Even greater is love for God, a rock that is higher than us.

I am sorry for who woman leaves your children. She is very bad. She should be not ignored their children without loving. You are good to care them. The children will be proud of you.

love is a beautiful thing, and i could never understand how some paretns couldnt love their kids. they're so joyous and innocent. whats not to love, but you said it best won't know until you experince it but i cant see anything not allowing me to love my kids when i have them someday.

There comes love upon concessions and comprises. That said, I understand why there are mothers who are all-willing to give their children up. There are certain circumstances in the lives of these mothers like financial problems, that they would give their children up in exchange of a good life for their children.

i agree... no words can ever express your love to a person specially to your kids which come from your own womb... you sacrifice everything just to make your love one's happy and comfortable...

My mother often tells me that I will realize of the feeling of being a mother when I have a child. It is obvious that it is the true love between the mother and children. No matter what will happen in the future, as a mother, she tends to spare no efforts to help her children grow up gradually, instead of giving up one of them someday, which is the power of love. Mother is reallt a strong emotion and nothing can stop it forever.

I agree. I also could have never ever walked away from my kids....for some reason though alot of men do and they don't act like it bothers them at all!

Loving kindness keeps the world peaceful and happy. It keeps the people away from hatred and anger, which are the strongest causes in bringing conflicts between individuals and nations. Mother's love ofcourse brings joy to all the children and the entire family !

Dear Linda, You remind me of Mary and Jesus. Is there any relationship as divine as that of a mother with her son? I doubt that. You feel strong attachment because you are a mother. I wonder if children feel the same level of attachment with their mother. Nothing compares the love of a mother. In my life so far I have seen so many relationships. They left as swiftly as they came. Expectations, lust, greed etc were the basis of most of them. I've never seen a love so selfless as that of my mother. It is divine. It is sad. I could never ever leave my 3 babies either. I don't understand as a mother how anyone could do that to their children. The love for my kids is stronger than any other bond in this world. They are my world. It makes me angry when a mother leaves their child. Do they not feel what other mother's feel towards their children? How can they not care? I will never understand this sort of thing...
