Do you always read a newspaper?

I very rarely miss reading a newspaper.Its the first thing in the morning.As you say it keeps us up to date.We are aware of what is going on around us.There are so many discoveries which are useful to us which are highlighted beside current affairs.

No, I don't. What a pity, huh? I'd like to, but, sometimes I'm too busy even to buy one. I watch news on TV, but, nothing beats reading the whole of it in the papers. Maybe I should start this as a daily habit again.

I do not actually read newspapers anymore. First of all they cost money and then you get black ink all over your hands. I prefer to read my news online, but even then I do not do it that much. Usually i hear about what's going on in the world from others.

I love reading newspapers. When I was in grade school, I only read the Entertainment and Lifestyle sections. When I was in High School, I began reading the headlines. When I got into college, I started reading the Business section since I was taking up Accountancy and I can already relate. Now that I'm a law student, I read all sections. However, we stopped subscribing to newspapers recently, for the love of the environment. Hehe... So now I just read whatever news I bump into when browsing the net.

I don't read the newspaper or even watch the news. I really don't pay much mind to what's happening or about the forecast. I'm one of those people that goes about their daily lives and whatever happens..happens. Although I used to read the newspaper when I was a little girl. One of my teachers demanded it. He would tell us to read an article, write a summary, and to bring the article attached to my summary to school.

yes....it is there where we learn current events....if you don't have a newspaper you can listen to the radio or even watch news in television to keep you updated...

I don't always read the newspaper. I don't always have the opportunity to get an actual newspaper. However, I do make an effort to go on newspapers' website. I make an effort to go on as often as I can.

Hi airasheila, No, I do not read the newspaper anymore. I don't like having them piling up all over the place. So, I prefer to get my news from the internet or my local news channel. I also watch the world news channels in the evenings. I agree with your father, that we should stay up on the current affairs, but I know by my own experience that you don't have to read the physical newspaper to stay current on the happening in our society. I hope for the sake of all the newspaper's avid readers, that the physical newspaper will not become obsolete.

I buy the Daily Sport quite regularly but also access other Newspapers via the Websites. I think a Newspaper is so much more than just News nowadays which in my opinion is a good thing and one of the main reasons why they still sell well.

I usually don't have time to do it during the weeks, so I only do it in the weekends, when I have more time. So yeah, I do it, but only during the weekends, and besides that I watch the news on tv in the evenings every day, and occasionally read news online as well.

i begin the day by reading the news paper. it is one of the best way to gain knowledge about the surrounding world.i almost cover every news item which includes latest news, current affairs, sports, careers, real estate, classifieds, Shares, health etc.

Yes ! its so good too, we have a subscription. and I read a few articles everyday , you're so much more aware when you read, and it exands your knowledge. SO its very good to read.

ya, i want to read newspaper daily.because we want to get more information via newspaper.it is used to get more knowledge as well as we improve our skills when we read english newspapers.

I don´t usually read a newspaper. In my opinion, they are a bit boring. I prefer to read magazines where I can read the news with a "funny point". For to be informated, I prefer to watch the T.V. :). :D .

Friend every day in the morning my first work is to read the news paper completely then i will go to my office. It is really good to read the news paper it gives us good knowledge about the happening things around us.

ya i read it everyday. but not strict for me. there are somedays which pass out without reading it. but now a days just being on internet for 10-15 minutes will give you all information about current event also.

Ya i like to read newspaper every day however i can't manage it every single day..in my country their is a news paper called "Hitvada " ..i like reading it

ya i read newspaper regularly. my first choice is sports second one is entertaining and finaly reads throughly news paper line by line. priority is depeninding upon them. but if you are reading news paper regulary you can gathers generla knowldge

Like you my father also told me that you should read newspaper to improve your knowledge. so I daily read main headings of the newspaper and everything else i do on the internet.
