Do you believe that what goes around, comes around?

In a more deeper meaning I think the saying is more like you better be good or else it'll come back at yah. Lol. More like don't do unto others what you don't want others to do unto you. I believe that if we do something good besides the good feeling the karma is also good.

I understand. And I believe that. Somehow the universe is like that. And you reap what you sow.

that's right, tomi! we reap what we saw.if there are no hardships,we can't gain something from it.life could be easy if we know how to make sacrifices and in the end, gain from it.

This is exactly it, the Law of Attraction, Like attracts Like, Good Attracts Good, and Bad attracts bad, and you always get more then you give. Cheers.

I really do believe in this and that is the reason why I make it a point to do good to somebody else. God sees everything and He rewards those who uplift the lives of others. The reward may take longer than usual here on Earth but God promise a good place in heaven for those who do good to others. Do good even if others choose not to.

Yes, I believe you are talking about the law of karma here. There are some things that are obvious, like if you dive from a diving board, you are going to land in the water, but if you were to gossip about somebody maliciously, somebody is going to be gossiping about you too maliciously too because they would have judged you to be a gossip. If you are kind and generous, that will attract the best out of people and kindness and generosity will visit your life. Most of us are a mixture of both good things and bad things. We may do something bad because something bad was done to us, but we can stop this karma, but letting things go, by forgiving others. If we all did that, bad karma would eventually disappear from the world. But is the human race ever going to learn this!? _Derek

Hi! You know sometimes it's easy to forgive but very hard to forget. And I think 2nd chances are rare opportunities for a change.

I believe it because it has happened to me. And when it comes around, it's worse than what you did. For example, as a youth I used to steal money from my grandparents money box (they had a gambling house). Now, something always happens that someone steals something or a business charges me for a service I didn't get but has fine print I didn't read. I had some managers in this apartment building whom I think stole some things because I can't find them. So yes, I believe that "what goes around, comes around."

I believe that not all the things we do result in this. Not all good deeds are rewarded and not all bad things are punished. Maybe if a person keeps on doing a bad things to other people then it might come back to haunt him.

I strongly believe in this....Our mind has got a lot of power. I always give examples when i talk to my collegues and friends. we need to always have good thoughts in our mind. We are what we think in our mind. If we thing good we get good and if we think bad we get bad. The thoughts are like a boomerang....it comes back to us.

You are absolutely right about that. I truly agree with your statement that if we do something good, the better is our karma as well. And if you do something bad, you'll possibly have a bad karma based on the statement "what goes around, comes around". Hence, we should always do good and be fair to others no matter what status they are in life. Best of luck

i believe in this saying, too. not exactly about karma but more biblical. i cannot remember the exact verse but it's like saying that there are always consequences to what you do, good or bad.

I have always followed this mantra in my life. The reason that I've always felt so strongly about it is because my parents always taught me that I should do to others as I would want them to do to me. Because of this I have always tried to be very generous to other people. There are times that I will give more than I can really afford to give, but in the long run it really makes me feel good and I also think that there might be some day that I'll need someone to give back to me.

I'd like to think that is true. Like cause and effect. Wouldn't want to think that people can get away with doing bad things or good for that matter without being punished or rewarded for it. It's just fair when it's true.

I truly believe in this saying. I also like the saying "If you want to get something from someone, give it to them first" or something on that line :p

yes, I really understand your statement. Because maybe I got karma, of all my actions first. I have inadvertently hurt anyone, and now I got a reply.

i so believe in karma but sometimes you have to wait a while to see someone who did bad get the hurt they caused given back to them. also you may not be the person who gets even with them even if you were the victim. good deeds also come back to you ten fold i believe but only if they were given freely with love and not expecting reward later. love and light.

"what goes around, comes around, what goes up,must come down"... remember the lyrics?hehe well,i guess that's really true.when you are good to others, there will also goodd things that will come back to you.but i guess it's not always true.cause some good people really have something bad things also, but those where i guess just test for them.God may have something to take away from us,but still open something good in return.it's like saying, when the door closes, the window opens.and those like there's a rainbow always after the rain....we just have to have faith in Him.

hmm for me I think that does work some times but I also see many evil people get away with rape and killing people.Like one guy it took many years before he was cought and punished for raping and kid naping.

yes i believe on those.the things we get done today will affect and give results the next day.shortly say it equal to what we give we will get it back later.
