gnomeland yes i agree, why suffer more than you have to.I have friends whom have died of cancer and they fought to the end bravely but of course that may not be for everyone. if you are in agony everyday then why not release yourself to go onto the next life.

gnomeland hi, it is called Seasonal Disorder i think. better known as S.A.D. and you are right you can buy special lights/lightbulbs which imitate natural daylight which is what makes many people feel down at this time of the year.

gnomeland I have to say here in the u.k we are having a freeze spell and the dark nights make me feel low too. however it is nice to come home to a warm house and have a hot drink and a mince pie.
