I hate it this time of the year when the evenings are really cold and it gets dark really early, as i feel with the evenings being like this it makes us all feel miserable and down in the mouth.I can not wait until it is summer...

gnomeland hi, it is called Seasonal Disorder i think. better known as S.A.D. and you are right you can buy special lights/lightbulbs which imitate natural daylight which is what makes many people feel down at this time of the year.

Hi gals! Does anybody have a suggestion as what is the best pain reliever for menstrual cramps? Is there like a natural way to do it aside from taking a medicine. How about herbal stuff or the like? Having this pain for centuries...
