The reason is my daily expenses high compare with my salary. Most of the people say the same answer No that is truth.Yesterday I read survey report about this topics. The survey conducted by The Conference Board (2010).The study found 65 percent those surveyed say the answer "NO".Why?

I am quite happy with my job. Although it could be better. I guess that might be a reason why so many people said no. :)

Hi jhovee629,
I feel the same as you. I too am quite happy with my job, but it could be better. I guess with any job there is room for improvement in certain areas that would make the job better.
But at the end of the day, I am thankful that I do have a job =)

I'm sorry you feel that way. I've felt that way at one point but I think it's just a phase and it just takes a little getting used to. If it remains to be bad, then jump ship and find a job that deserves you.

No. And my reason is the same as yours, I think if only my pay is a little higher, then I would really be happy with my job and I won't think of even leaving it. They say that even if your pay goes up, your expenses will too, though in my case, I really think and most people around me think that my job really does pay so low. Hehehe.

If you are satisfied then there is no harm in saying yes. But if you are not satisfied do not quit the job till you get a better job and salary package. About your expenses, you need to budget and follow it strictly. If necessary, you should make some compulsory savings so that it will come handy in future.
No one is completely happy with what they have because it is not related to what they have studied. But you have to compromise as it is a question of survival.

I guess I am satisfied with my work. It could have been better, though, but after working for five years in this company, I have refused to look for greener pastures. I don't think such exist. Every job is stressful. Eventually, everyone goes through boredom and dissatisfaction. Everyone feels that they've stagnated at some point and would seek new learning. I went through all these phases but then one day decided to change how I viewed it. I decided to seek new learning by going online and reading ebooks and chatting with people. I have decided to change the other routines I've followed religiously because I simply could not give up the job that feeds me.

My husband is the one working while I stay at home. I have to say that I am satisfied with the job as I am only online to earn, however, I also have to say that since I do not have a regular income I am not satisfied because I don't bring in enough to really help out. Not that we are suffering, but we're going nowhere with the money we have now as we are not able to accumulate any.
In any case, not my last job, but the job before my last one, I was dissatisfied. I worked for a group of hotels and worked almost all the time. The pay was okay, though I think at times I should have been clearing more then I actually was. The work was grueling and long hours, with body aching tasks. It was also in customer service, and well I am okay with that, but this type of customer service was not my favorite. I was a banquet server, and had no contact with people, I didn't like it.

I am not totally satisfied with my job. But the working environment is good for that reason still i am in that organisation. My colleagues are too good that is also my one more weakness to stay over there itself. I am looking for a job which suites me with my qualification and which should be mine interesting one.

Yes, I am totally satisfied with my job. The salary is a little less, but then then the work atmosphere is wonderful and i like my work. There is not much pressure too. The shift timings are also good. We get good no of breaks too. There is a vast variety of jobs available and the changes in posts is quite fast.
I love my job. Anybody else says this?

Yes, I'm satisfied with my job. Mostly because it's a programming job, my personal passion, so I realy like what I'm doing there. Also, there is a good work climate with my teammates and boss. The salary is enough for my expences (I live with my family and share costs, but even if I would live alone), but is relatively low compared with similar positions in other companies, a big negative point we all see there.
But, overall, I'm happy with it.

im a nurse and in our country its so damn pathetic so i would say im not satisfied with the salary. and the night shift is depressing. you deal with all kinds of ill ppl its a tertiary hospital and the numbr of patients in a ward reaches 40 and we might get nosocomial infection a term for disease acquired in the hosp. i hope someday things would take turns for the better.

yes you are 100 percent correct.today there is no correct job or salary available.50 percent are under employed.they cant meet there daily expenses.now a days literacy rate increased and government should decide to give everyone the correct job.literacy rate only not decides the country growth employment also decides hence opportunities must be created by the government.my colleagues feel they are under employed even i also feel seeing my salary.

I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy with your job. Feel the exact same way 2 years ago while working in a bank for 14 years. Glad that I had found out several months ago how to earn online other than Mylotting. Been enjoying it ever since. Working should be a very rewarding experience. Something that you look forward to every single day. If you are interested to know how I'm doing this, just PM me and I'll be more than happy to share it with you and guide you to success.

If my job is the concern, then i could say i am partly satisfied with it.Partly because, I do like my job as a teacher. I know that I could do well and could help the students learn the English language in a fun relaxing way which is really important for those just starting to study. I mean the toddlers here. My frustration would come only if i could see some new comer teacher without experience in teaching, without a degree even in teaching, and then come and immerse themselves in this career which I am into for long years already and then they will be given remuneration which is higher than I am having only because they are native speakers of the English language which I am asian teacher with experience has learned and has been trained. That makes me quite feel unsatisfied with my job because I feel that it's really unfair.Probably if the salary difference isn't that much then I won't mind at all.But with the big gap, it is depressing at times.Though in general, I do like teaching.

Ya Definitely i am satisified with my current job. This job is paying me the salary that i felt i should get for this job. This job also gives me the working time that i feel is ideal for me.They use to pick and drop me from home to office and back from office to home.I have holidays all the weekends. They all give me sufficient number of days to take leave in a year.Last of all my BOSS has become a great friend to me.

"no"is my answer.one reason is that daily expenses high compare with the income, the second reason is that I never have the feeling that I learned something new and I showed ability myself.no somehting new means you are not in progrssive, and even means that you will lose the advantage or the leadship in the future comparing with your fellows.you will not achieve when you are aging.it's sad that I have no idea to avoid the situation.

I go with both of you, lol. Compensation that I received from work is not enough to support my daily expenses, no matter I go for a budget. The management always promises to increase our salary, we just do our best to work efficiently. They say they are on the evaluation stage and increase our salary accordingly, but after a year or so, nothing happens.
Hmm, maybe the word "Promises are meant to be broken" applies here, lol.
Learning and experience are also big issues in our company. As a desktop support staff, learning is a must in order to cope up to the advancement in technology pace.
Every time a new project is introduced, only one person handles the project, whenever there is seminars or training for learning advancement, only one person attends, seems unfair, isn't it. What do you think? I hate to think about it but that's the reality here in our company.
In this situation, no learning advancement, no financial advancement. I am thinking of transferring to another company, yet no good opportunity as of now.
Hmm, life must go on they say, go with the flow.
