32FlavorsAndThenSome True. I do not really look at the camera quality when I buy a cellphone because I have a digital camera for that. However, I really appreciate it when I can take snapshots with my phone when I leave my digital camera at home.

32FlavorsAndThenSome Wow, I hope all bosses were like you! True, motivation is very important. Bosses understand that, however, they just have trouble implementing that or something. Employees love to be recognized. Sometimes, even a sincere "Thank you" would suffice.
