Farm workers have a very hard job since they work on the soil. They don't usually get a taste of the 'good life' so your rewards should be based on what they might want that they could not buy from their salary. Like, a treat from a particular restaurant where they have never been to. Or perhaps you can give them the incentive of more earnings. Like giving them additional incentives if you reach mere than your expected sales.

If I were a businesswoman, I think the best way to motivate my workers is give them a good working environment and good salaries and benefits. I would also reward good performance. I would also remind them that the success of my business would mean job security for them and better pay.

Wow, I hope all bosses were like you! True, motivation is very important. Bosses understand that, however, they just have trouble implementing that or something. Employees love to be recognized. Sometimes, even a sincere "Thank you" would suffice.

For simple or shallow persons, the way u interact with them is already a motivation for them to work properly. Some times just saying thank you or acknowledging them is a big thing for them. But most of the employees get motivated by cash rewards for we all know that cash is one of the best motivator that is around.

_well, practically most and even me, giving them a higher salary more than the minimum wage would probably motivate workers to be productive. Second, if you are to run a small vegetable farm, its by giving them free clothes and security suits for working in the farm. another, outing with all your workers at least on a tour or picnics would make them feel no boundaries with you as their boss. But other workers dont want adventures, so you need to identify and know your workers well too by conversation. Visiting them in the work place may give some reason for them to do goo.

You can motivate them by treating them with respect and courtesy. You must also set and explain goals for each employees. Your goals need to be meaningful for them. Show an interest in the work and ask your employee what can you do to help and do it. And just make sure you keep the workplace interesting.

Just let them feel that they are part of your business. That your business won't be successful without them. Also provide them with them some monetary and non-monetary awards. By that, they can be easily motivated because of the feeling of satisfaction. Another thing is, don't let them feel that they are your workers. Im sure, they will definitely be motivated.

Using the example given above, running a small vegetable farm helps motivate people. People who are not doing anything can be motivated by giving him/her a task to do so that the person will not just be bored. Give that person a task and activities that are very much interesting on his part so that he/she will also enjoy his work. Also, giving something in return will help the person motivate more and be more active, alive and make him/her happy of whatever he/she is doing. Simply by doing those that are mentioned will help motivate other person.

Working in a farm is really a hard task. You need to work whole day staying under the sun. Workers are motivated when from the start a good relationship is built between the owner and the workers. Building good relationship is a foundation that will be gladly acknowledge by the workers and lead them to work harder. You give what is really right for them and you don't delay their salary. Give them also bonuses if you harvested more than what you have expected. Like my cousin, when they had a good harvest, except for the bonus he gave, he treated his workers in the beach which was all provided by him. These simple things will make workers motivated in doing their jobs well.

Is is truly true, motivating your workers is an important part in running a business because, in keeping your workers motivated is an incredibly important part of running a successful business. In many ways, your workers is your business and if its not your business is doomed to fail. While there are many things you can do to improve your business, efficiency is the key to improve profits. Salaries is one of the biggest expenses for any business and when you put one and one together it does not take a genius to figure out just how important it is look after your worker if you improve your business.

Motivating your employees is very important, its like showing that you also care for them, and not just for the profit which is just for your own benefit. There must always be a win-win situation, Profit for the employer and right & fair living wage plus other benefits. Try to keep your workplace having a happy and healthy environment with motivations. By doing so, your workers will be more productive. Of course you wouldn't want to see your employees being so stressed out and pouting while working, they might end up quitting.

There are two kinds of motication. Internal and external. The manager can inspire the workers through external resource. Reward system , most of workers are motivated by money. It is true. The additional leave time. the worker cam have a time to rest and get together with his family. Recognition, the managers should recognize the workers's job when they did a good job.

Motivation is the most important driving force in the workplace. Motivation stems from two resources. One is intrinsic , such as aspiration. satisfaction. The other one is extrinsic. such as additional payment. break time. Manager need know the workers' need and wants. Then they may decide how to motivate the workers.

I'll become business person someday so motivating my employees is the things that I must considered and be aware of it because if my employees are not being motivated they will end up unsatisfiable to their job but if I will give something that my employee will be motivate like given them incentives and bonuses if they will finish the job perfectly and challenging task, then my business will be great and my employee will be happy not only because I given them incentives but also they learn more and their performance became active.

Make them feel important. Listen to their suggestions and if there is any way to meet them in the middle...try that too. If you can't go with what they want..at least listening to them will make them feel like you care about what they say. You might even think of some awards to give them when they have an awesome and productive week. It can be something as small as lunch one day.

Actually, i have to motivate myself, sweetie. I won't let anyone work for me. Not enough patients for it. Why don't you give them a bonus or afternoon off or something. That ought to help. Luck. TATA.

When I worked as a school teacher a few years ago, our school director always motivated us to do some work for the school. When he motivates us, he always mention some rewards. And the one I like is that when he says he will buy pizza for us at the end of the day.

Motivatioon have two resources. one is internal, the other is external. For the manager, They may manager the company through external resources. They may recognize the workers' work when they did a good job. The manager also can provide the workers reward. such as money reward. leaving time, etc.

Hi. Interesting question. First, get to know your workers better. That way, you'll know how to motivate them. Some people like to be recognized verbally. Some are in it for the money. Some would prefer rest days as bonuses. It's basically different strokes for different folks. Just make sure you spend time to talk to them, like a quick pow wow twice a month or more won't hurt. For me, a sincere "thank you" is enough. I had a boss once who couldn't say it, even if we've already busted our ends off working.
