In regarding to the current situation, many people might afraid the double - dip, or the recession period might hit us again near soon. There is not much improvement with the unemployment rate, and many people still asking for help from the government, or the social security. Certainly, desperate in need of work is rising. Those scamsters will definitely grab this perfect opportunity to con people. Just be wary of those jobs too good to be true. Most of those work - at - home job certainly are scams, 90% of them. Just think of those ads promoted about earning $1000 a week without dedicated too much time on it. Filling Survey or buy those earn money kit online, and make you million in no time, such and such are just BS. They follow the similar trend and pattern. They would definitely ask a up - front fee. Never fall for it, and never pay any money to do a job. That is rule of thumb.

I have a discussion I have wanted to post and I will soon just have not been able to keep up. But I am glad to see that this discussion is posted as I often wonder how many poor people fall for this.
When there is need people take drastic measures and unfortunately getting deeper into debt.

Thanks for this post. I just remembered my experience with this kind of thing. Someone posted a job opportunity online. I was to submit sample articles for them to gauge if they were going to hire me as a freelance writer. I did submit some of my articles but I did not get any response whatsoever from them. Later, I found out that they had already posted my write up online. I know many have been fooled by these con people. I don't know how they can actually sleep soundly at night, knowing that they have marauded so many.
