32FlavorsAndThenSome I used to watch movies to get a good book report when I was in high school, too. The movie summarizes the book and sometimes sadly leaves out a lot of details. Sometimes we consider such details important and we end up disappointed to have such parts missing...

32FlavorsAndThenSome Me too. I prefer books over adaptations. Sometimes, they're prettier, fancier, better in our imagination than onscreen.

32FlavorsAndThenSome Wow, I hope all bosses were like you! True, motivation is very important. Bosses understand that, however, they just have trouble implementing that or something. Employees love to be recognized. Sometimes, even a sincere "Thank you" would suffice.

32FlavorsAndThenSome Now that I'm a bit older, I'm starting to find their responses bland and predictable. I ask these questions to my trainees and they're able to come up with far better responses.

32FlavorsAndThenSome I know! Such beauty is pricey because of all the workouts and trimming and diet. It sure pays, though, they look absolutely stunning. They look like barbie dolls.

32FlavorsAndThenSome I remember my dad and my brothers would have no choice when my mom and I would watch the pageant when I was young. Poor guys. :)

32FlavorsAndThenSome I agree. We look at things differently now that these pageants don't appear as important or fascinating as it used to. Or maybe I just didn't have the time to watch. Some of my friends still watch it every year.

32FlavorsAndThenSome Well, scary if these were true but I'm kind of certain they're not. I've heard so many different versions and such tales have been attached to different establishments that it takes no genius to figure out that these are flukes.
