Well, this is a disorder related to your style of sleeping / lying down on the bed. I would suggest you change that and sleep straight with back towards the bed. als if you are using a pillow, please get rid of it. Sleep on a hard surface - The Matress if you use should be hard otherwise try to sleep without it. In the meantime to reduce the pain, use a hot water bag on the areas where the pain is and then apply some pain relieving gel or better use ayurvedic oils for the same. Try this for a few days and you should feel better.

sounds more like you need a new bed - but maybe getting some padding on it will help

I've adapted my bed for my shoulder pain, I've put a few pillows under the pad to raise up my side so my shoulder sits in a kind of valley, maybe you need to find a way to adapt your bed so it doesn't cause you pain

Hi, Sometimes I do encounter backpain if I were to carry my son for too long. I always apply COUNTERPAIN to relieve the pain and after 3 days applying it, my backpain is gone. YOu can try it out and you can simply dropby any pharmacy for Counterpain.

Hey i was having back problems last week. I think i you keep a good posture while sleeping instead of curbing. If your matress is old, i think its time to change. Use an orthopedic one. Its quite hard but good for our backs.
