recently, i took a ecg. and it stated my heart rate is very low and it leads to brady cradia. can any one suggest me to maintain the normal heartbeat and the treatment for it?

bratleads yes, i feel so bad when i u get sinus its really!!! u should really anlayse wat is the cause for it and start doing proper things for that, i certainly feel yoga and medidation to avoid this pls try this out

Anyway to reduce tummy!!

i lost my body wait in recent times,but where as my tummy is not reduced and it looks very bad when i wear my tees and denims also in all fitted clothes!can someone suggest me real way of loosing it

bratleads no, i dont eat fried and stuffs all the time its very rare in my list as said i need to start regular exercise with healthy diet to get this done thanks for ur lines

bratleads im also having the same question for me now, but people suggested me to apply aloe vera on the scalp before 30minutes hair and wash with ur regular shampoo im gonna try ,you can also do this and see the result
