Anyway to reduce tummy!!

i lost my body wait in recent times,but where as my tummy is not reduced and it looks very bad when i wear my tees and denims also in all fitted clothes!can someone suggest me real way of loosing it

hi do regularly the abdominal exercise. i really lost 4 kgs in one month, another simple way otherthan exercise, is, before having ur meals or tiffin or whatever, just inhale ur breath for 10 secs. while inhaling, ur abdomen should shrink. do it regularly. u c the difference

The secret to it is not just doing exercise, to utilize exercise you also must have a healthy diet and eat all nutrients. So basically if you are exercising but eating away those hamburgers and fries everyday, I don't think it'll help too much. Start from a healthy diet, then start to sort of adjust your life maybe walk more or do something that uses the body more. Then adopt exercise. If you start slowly, you'll feel that it doesn't need that much effort.

no, i dont eat fried and stuffs all the time its very rare in my list as said i need to start regular exercise with healthy diet to get this done thanks for ur lines

sit ups will firm that area of your body, maybe try those.

Hi, You say you lost your body weight, but how, is more important. Did you lose it be dieting or regular exercise or were you sick? Well the best way probably for most of us would be to have a healthy and nutritious diet regime along with moderate exercise. If you can run and by run I mean if that could be gradually made into a sprint you can surely lose all the fats around your tummy. But before committing yourself into doing that have a check on your body type or you may even consult a doctor!

hi, i wont say it came down automatically yes i had little pressure and things happening maybe that was the reason.......hopefully i will try wat u said and tell u

It was also my problem, since im working all day and just sit in front of the computer. My tummy doesn't look good when I'm wearing fitted tees. But i tried to work out like sit up., 20 sit ups and day and adding 5 or more each day. And it really help. Motivation and work hard is the key for you to do it. ;)
