bratleads yeah!!! i can see my thoughts in ur words i dont stop eating or i wont trouble my stomach for other tensionns where as i like to be alone ,have good food and relax!! it works u will loose ur tension and start thinking abt the solution

it is the biggest disease i feel!! it not only affects ur mood and work.it affects ur body...the way you live...the way u eat u sleep u talk everything do u think people under depression can have onetime solution

Anyway to reduce tummy!!

i lost my body wait in recent times,but where as my tummy is not reduced and it looks very bad when i wear my tees and denims also in all fitted clothes!can someone suggest me real way of loosing it

bratleads no, i dont eat fried and stuffs all the time its very rare in my list as said i need to start regular exercise with healthy diet to get this done thanks for ur lines

bratleads hi , im not intaking any vitamins and minerals in the form of tablet,im afraid that it will cause side effects !! Have you tried this tablets ,just to hear your experience

bratleads ok as u said i will apply aloe vera directly into scalp and get washed. but is thr anytime i should keep i mean for 15minutes or half an hour today im gonna do it and try ,will tell u my reults in the evening.thanks a lot
