What is the best photography subject for you? Why?

As written in one of my Squidoo Lens,
"Little children are among the best photography subjects. In fact, they are number one for me. The innocence and the candidness of each picture of a child makes me want to point and shoot at him continuously to capture what he feels and how they react to their environment. We learn from them unconsciously. And this is the magic of capturing photos of little children."
And I am writing this when my Sony Digicam is not functioning anymore. My son accidentally dropped it the other day and it was the zoom lens that first landed on the floor.
How I wish for a DSLR!

I enjoy mountains as photography subjects. there is such streength snf beauty to be captured there. Mountain photographs always show something grand and immense about them. I think they are beautiful to photograph.

I love to photograph nature shots. My favorite are unexpected contrasts. For instance in the middle of the woods and tons of dry leaves scattered a small flower standing alone. Those are the types of things I like.

Children are nice subject in taking pictures, but for me taking pictures of the natural disaster and other morbid things naturally happen like burning tree's, landslides and slaughter house, those are i think one of the rare subject being used, those are awesome,.

I would have to agree that children are the best subject. For me I will have to include people. different kinds of people. I wanted to capture their facial reactions on how life is treating them. I wanted to capture the lines of the faces of the old people but focusing on their eyes if they have lived their lives being happy or not. I want to capture sadness from the people's faces and the hapy ones as well. It is up to you how will you manipulate light in your SLR. I am still not able to use a DLSR but so far I still have quality and meaningful photos. This is a nice topic.

I like taking pictures of places where people are having fun smiling or not as long as they can be remembered. The number one reason I take pictures is for remembrance so I can look back to the times and reminisce the fun because fun is unique. When I'm old and my friends are gone I can still look at the pictures to have fun. People taking pictures of kids, hmmm I'm thinking they are pedophile unless it's their kid.

to reminisce the past is one of the obvious reasons.
that's a harsh generalization telling that people who take pictures of kids or little children are pedophiles. for the life of me, i could not imagine myself transforming into a pedophile. not because i am a woman but because i am a woman who fears God.
though it is your opinion and i have no choice but to respect you as an individual, i have to say it an insensitive opinion.

I like to take pictures of buidldings, sculptures and statues. Sometimes I get really close up so that the details fill the picture.

Photography is really a challenged subject whee every one has a different choice of subjects.
'For a creative person everything is a good one -no restriction of subjects.
Yes, I prefer a landscapes as they look beautiful and also natural in their nature. The lighting is something natural and the subject also varies according to the available lighting....
I enjoy photography...

Oh my goodness, I so love taking pictures. I am absolutely no professional not even close. Anyone who knows me knows I always have my camera with me everywhere I go. I love to capture every moment and second especially of people.
I live by a picture says a thousand words. I especially enjoyed taking pictures when my children were little, I did so once a month as if it were a birthday party, you have no idea the hundreds and thousand so pictures I have and the loads and loads of albums I have. I want these so that when I grow old I can sit and reminisce and relish the days with my children.
