Know it alls who really know nothing.

It just bugs me when people who really have no knowledge about a subject put themselves across as some knowing expert. They give all kinds of suggestion but while I hear the words coming from their mouth, they are really talking out of another part of their body. A little bit of knowledge can be dangerous and can make you think that you know more than you do. To the point where some people think they know it all.

I agree with you there.. I have actually seen one of these people on myLot..
so annoying... I can not respond to anything she writes as I would not be nice and polite.. So I just ignore and move on to the next.
I have a friend that is similar. But she does try and do a lot of different things...so sometimes she can be of help.
But so many times I catch her in a lie. I don't want to kill our friendship- so I just file this information away somewhere in my head and know that I must take everything she says with a grain of salt.

Yeah, both on the Internet and real life you run into these people. It is much harder to determine when someone is helpful and when they are full of it over the Internet. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

I know exactly what you mean. These "experts" swear they know everything, but when you put them to the test, they fold under pressure or just can't deliver.

Hiya megamatt,
Do I know someone like that have known a few won´t mention them though. They do boast and go on well they did I don´t know what they do now but I imagine that more or less they are still full of themselves and saying that they know everything.
I don´t miss them I can tell you one used to drive me to distraction.

Some people are really like that, I've known someone like that to give out suggestions and later would take credit,and what is very annoying is... every time I see her she would retell the situation and boast that if it wasn't for her, things wouldn't go well. But of course there are times when her suggestions fail and what is so funny is whenever you try to bring out the topic, she would change it.
