How to get a level 7 on the IELTS?

My girlfriend is going to be taking the IELTS test for Canada. She needs to get an average of 7 in each area. We here that it is a difficult test to take. Does anyone here have experience with this test? If so, what helped you pass the test? Thanks for the input!

Practice makes perfect..that's what my teacher always say. So tell your girlfriend to practice everyday the four parts of IELTS until she gets a consistent 7 in all four.
