No matter how behave you are, no matter how obedient you are, there are some point in your decision making that you are stubborn.
You don't listen to other people's advise no matter how much you know that the end thereof of your decision is a bad consequence. You just listen to your own self. You don't care what would they have said.
Have you experience that? In what particular decision in your life you did this. Did you get a good result? or have you suffered the bad outcome then?
Please share it to us coz we care to know...

sometimes you seek advise but you really never intend to follow what you've heard. You still go with your own decision.

This has actually happened to me A LOT, in my lifetime. Particularly a decison I made moving away from home. I was about 18 or 19 years old, and I had been with my boyfriend for 5 years. He was NO good to me, but we had a child together. My family all told me that I shouldn't go, that I would be making a huge mistake. But I was stubborn and told them that I had to go, to keep my family together. I had to know for myself whether or not I did everything possible to make our relationship work, for him and I , and most importantly my son. I lived with my ex for about 4 months before I realized, my family was right. All he wanted to do was seclude me from everybody that was close to me, and have me all to himself. His treatment got worse towards me. So I finally decided to bare my pride, and come back home. Yes, I did have to pay the conciseness, but I learned a valuable lesson. One that I will carry with me for the rest of my life, and I am actually very grateful for that. Sometimes Life's most valuable leasons, are learned the most harshest way's. But in my opinion, everything happens for a reason. You will never know what you can endure or what you are capable of if you aren't stubborn just a little in life :-)

I can't give you any specific situation course there are so many. I'm very stubborn and once I made up my mind it's hard for anyone to change it...even if I'm wrong I'm still stubborn about it

There are times when I am stubborn especially if I feel like there are things that are happening around me and that I am not sure if it has something to do with me or if it has something in it for me. When I know that there's nothing in it for me, I am just being stubborn.

Yeah, sometimes if I feel like I want to stand on my decision and if I know I am right, I don't listen to what they say.
