what brand is more useful for taking night digital photography?

i don't have one but i've read from various sites that the canon s90 is very good for a point and shoot at low light photography. it even has some manual settings so you can be more creative if you want. of course, the DSLR's with a fast lens like 1.8 or 1.4 would be ideal. happy shopping.

Most digital cameras have a mode for night time shooting. Since the lens will open longer it is important to keep the camera still or maybe even use a tripod so that the pictures are not blurry.

Sony Cybershot, anytime of the day. It is simply the best, i got my first sony cybershot 4 years back, though it cost me a ton, but i got hooked to it and have taken several photo. Infact my photo are regular feature in the local newspaper. I just take anything and everything. You have to try it to know it.
