which is the best way to relieve your stress?

Hi, Nowadays,we got too much presures from our work,if we don't relieve the stress,maybe we got depression. Do you have some good advice to take it easy? Good luck.

I find that the best way to relax is through meditation or listening to music. If you are lucky enough to have a pet, they can bring you out of a bad mood almost instantly! talking about your problems with friends or family helps too, it's not a good idea to keep stress built up inside.

I especially wouldn't do anything on the computer. Cause when something is going slower than you want it to go... I believe, such as a previous person said, listening to music works great, eventually you could do so on your bed, couch or even when taking a walk. I also think running (with or without music) is one of the best ways, really. Going out all makes you tired, however it doesn't help you physically, but also mentally. One of the other ways I like is just to exercise at a gym. Lifting weights (or running and bicycling) works great for me, had a huge arguement with my brother before we went there, when we got back, we were good again... All the best wesley. Greets

Hi,wesley. I choose to change my activity. Whenever I feel stressed doing a certain task, I change over to another, preferably less strenuous physically, and recover. This works for me, not forgetting to mention the other valuable breathing practices which can help a great lot. Good luck.

We get stressed out many times in our life especially if we are overworked, and we need find ways to relieve stress. Stress can be relieve by doing something you enjoy. Some people prefer watching movies while others would go out and play sports. Another is try listening to some classical music as you close your eyes and allow your mind to drift away and think about something happy and beautiful. You will be surprised at how much better after you take a break and sooth your mind and body.

Take a small holiday for a day or two. Go out for a short outing like a picnic with your friends or family. Laugh a lot and the stress will disappear. I also like to shop. It relieves my stress a lot. It makes me very happy to have new things even if they are very small and not of much value. You can have a small fish tank at home and have some small fish in it. Watch the fish for some time daily and feed them. It is a very good way of relieving yourself of stress. Good Luck!!!

I like to lay on bed with my headphones on and listen to soothing music. Other times I will go for a walk outside by myself.

I beleive reading is an excellent way to get rid of stress, i read a lot of fiction books and its nice to not think of things that add up to your stress levels. I also end up taking my son for long walks, that way, i spend time talkinga nd chatting with him and stress cannot be on anyone mind, when they are minding a 6 year old. Try it!!!

i know that exercise can actually relieve stress...and meditating too... but if you don't have time to spare out of a busy schedule..a good night sleep can actually reduce stress...and maybe taking a time off from work..and go to somewhere you can unwind will be a lot of help..=)

If you are stressed take a deep Breath and try to relax. Inhale through the nose, then hold it for 5 seconds then exhale slowly through the mouth. It is called purse lip breathing. You are inhaling oxygen while getting rid of carbon dioxide. It is one way of calming down, then your heart rate will be normal again.

the best way to release stress is that you should breath as much as posinle and the meditations you know when we sleep our mind eventualy not in rest because in our mind their are signals waves that are not like in zero state and for this we have to do meditation that our mind waves ahould be in signals and another thing spirituality in god when we remember god our mind behave drammatically and this give us a benifits in relievin stres so you should remeber god for your mind also
