Part of it could be water weight. Try to drink more water and cut out the sweets. Get some form of exercise. The weight should come off.

you can not burn your fat at all, maintain the fruit eating, avoid the too much eating, try to eat good fruit like grasps, mango, apple, guava etc. this is good for health...
And regular exercise is the most important for lose weight, swimming is one of good exercise..........
Thank you

Will be hard to lose weight suddenly, but,if you really, really want it,you can do! try "easy"foods(salads, fruits, yogurth),not eating late at evening and much "movement" :)

You want to burn 11 kilos? But we can't lose it abruptly, it would surely undergo some period before we can achieve it. As a simple tip: brisk walking is a good way to burn fats - just do it everyday good for 30 minutes will be enough; or use the stairs of your house, if there is, to go up and down, 20 times a day. Another thing, drink a low fat milk before you sleep - I'm sure, that fats will be excreted the following day. :)

You can try weightwatchers calcualtor. You'd be able to calculate the calories, fat and fiber you need everyday. My friend tried it and for 2 months she already lost more than 20 lbs.

Here's what has worked for me for the past 10 years:
Drink plenty water, carbonated beverages/juices in moderation.
Smaller, more frequent meals with vegetables accounting for 30-35% of the meal.
Increase fruit and whole grain intake
Limit foods such as ice cream, pastries & other sugary snacks. (Try to avoid!)
Increase intake of nuts & seeds, ie..almonds, walnuts, flax seeds.
Strength training, (weights) & plenty of cardio, (get that heart rate up!)
Don't eat heavily beyond 7:00 - 7:30 PM
