lenova audio issue while using video chat

hi, i hold a lenova s10 model which is a atom processor ....while doing video chat i need my adopter to be plugged in the power supply,if i remove from the power supply..i get disturbance and voice break in audio ..is this any issue with laptop wat should i do ,is thr any way i can solve by myself
