Addicted to nicotine aswell or just wacky backy?

If some1 has been smoking wacky backy in joints for about 5 years but never smoked tobacco or ciggy's atall unless its got wacky backy in it, do you think that they are addicted to nicotine aswell as the wacky backy? I think so but my mum (the person im talking about) does not agree, what do you think cos id really like other ppls opinions
