why do ppl always say that spiders are more scared of you than you are of them when youve a phobia? im petrified of them and i dont care how scared they are of me i just know i absolutely cant cope with them

Does anyone agree with me that footballers are paid way too much? They live like kings, look at Beckham it makes me sick to think that the NHS struggles money wise and footballers dont know what to do with it they got so much!

I have been trying for 4 months. It's not easy. Been down to 4-7 a day average for nearly 3 months of that time, after 2-3 pack a day usage for nearly 20 years. Gum is not helping me at all. DumDum lollies help a little, but...

I wish i could help however smoking is like breathing for me, ive tried the patches, the chewing gum, inhalator all at the same time!! and still needed a ciggy after! if you get any good advice or find a wonder cure pls let me know
