Moorzy I wish i could help however smoking is like breathing for me, ive tried the patches, the chewing gum, inhalator all at the same time!! and still needed a ciggy after! if you get any good advice or find a wonder cure pls let me know

writing in caps is considered yelling on the internet.Do you think it's rude?.I personally do think it's very rude,no one likes to be yelled at in real life,why take it on the net?

Moorzy I didnt realise that this was considered rude and i often type in caps and i also write in caps mostly so i didnt think this was problem however i will think about this in future thanks for the tip
