if you have a blind friend and he ask you what is red or color red? how are you going to describe red to your friend? or let's say you're the blind person, and a friend of yours asked you to describe to him the color red? so how? for me, i'd say, he can imagine a war perhaps, or an open wound that is pouring out with blood like telling them a scenario where a person had an accident and broke a part of his/her body that caused hi to loose so much blood that may lead to death..or a heart that is pumping so fast whenever you see your crush or love or if you feel fear in your body...and many more...i'll leave the other description to you folks, tell me, how are you going to describe "red" to a person who is blind? or vice versa?....

I have thought of blood, actually but it did not make sense to me, because if i would be describing blood, i am sure that my friend would not even know what the color of blood is. If he has had vision before, then, i am sure the basic colors would be known to him... It is rather hard though.. i guess i can say that when you feel love, excitement... that is how great the color red is! oh noh.. im not really creative! hehe

..he has to feel it...maybe pain, grief, sorrow, jealousy...for me, i would let him think that red is anything hurtful that can pierce him from within...it's easier when you let him feel it, rather let him imagine things or situation that he hasn't seen his entire life.

You are very right. If the person had ever had vision before, then chances are that he knows the color of blood and blood red is usually the easiest way to describe color red!

I would describe red as the sudden pain caused by a source of heat like from that of touching a hot sizzling pan.
