reulin in addition, if i can't resist my anger, i'll say that i'm angry then make sure that one day i'll be at the mall walking and checking all the new arrivals at store... :D but the best thing that helps me lot to paive my anger is prayer, just that.......

reulin it depends on the situation...but i must admit that i've learned to control my anger before, during & after my OJT in one of the institutes somewhere in Commonwealth that caters to the needs of mentally & physically challenged people. Not to forget, few years...
