We are all slaves to our work. We rarely take out time for our family. In the afternoon we have to do the household chores and do the cooking. It is already late when we finish. But we must look for some time during the weekend to spend some time with our family. I usually watch film in the company of my children then we do all the talking. We spend more time together in the weekend than during the week days. What about you?

We try to spend time together. I consider dinner time to be very important and I expect the entire family to be there every night. So no matter what we at least spend dinner together. I get to spend more time with my kids then my husband does. I try to do special things with them when ever I can. Last night we all went out to a restuarant and shared a big plate of nachos that was really nice. One weekend out of every month we usually try and go and do something as a family a little field trip type thing. My two older kids are in their early teens so we only have a few more years together before they go to college. We need to make the best of that.

This is what I want to do in my life, to spend most of my time to my family. It's different happiness you felt if you are always beside your family. Since I was 18 years old I live already away from my family. I was independent from them and live alone. Although I want to live with them but my works didn't permit me to do so, a hundred miles away from my family.
The time that I need to build my own family still the situation is the same, I work abroad from Philippines to Saudi Arabia, 9 hours air flight, imagine the distance. I miss my family but I can't do anything except to wait until my contract finished and go home. I don't have any plan to work again abroad because I want to stay close to my family. It seems that I am isolated here. I am not satisfied with all the things I have here although it's not available while I am living in my country. Better opportunities here and you experience better living but still you are longing your family and friends.

I spend plenty of time with my family most of the time. :] When I'm not at school or hanging out with friends, I'm at home either talking to my mom or hanging out with my totally awesome 6 year old brother. We all eat as a family and watch TV as a family as well! :D My dad works a lot, but when he's home sometimes the family and I hang out and just watch television togetherr.

Hi,
I am a full time housewife,so I definitely spent most of
my time with my son. I am taking care of him
full time and it is fun and exciting to be at home with my
son.
He is an active boy and have tend to be independent in certain things.
On night time, we will spent our times together with his daddy.
and weekend is always our family days.Sometimes, we will go out
for a while for some fresh air or just laze at home playing together.
No matter how busy is our life, it is best to spend some time
with our kids, have some bonding moments together and it willbe so fun and
great experience in our life.

I can understand it because I am a woman who needs to work in daytime. My life is quite routine. Every morning I go to work and I go home in the evening. Lately since my child has the swimming class, so I will also buy the food and then prepare the dinner when I am home. It is very tiring. After everything is done, then I have to spend some time to play with my child. Then I will read the storybook when he goes to bed. After that, it is my spare time. But soon it will be very late and I hardly can do anything.

I would very much like to. But, my family members live far away from where I am living. I have to live here because of the job I have. It is the kind of job and the kind of company I like to work for. So, I have to be here. But, we miss one another a lot, and try to keep in touch and get together whenever we can. Family members value one another !

I have always spent alot of time with my family,my children mean the world to me.I think that it is a good thing for both parents to spend time with their children,so that it feels like a family to their children.I know that there are alot of people out there that do not spend time with their family even though they can.My husband works all week, but of an evening he spends alot of the time playing with the children aswell as at a weekend, where as i am here during the day and that is my time with the children.I think weekends are for familys to be together.

While I'm not good at using my time properly. Usually I worked and have no time to spend with my family. In the weekend ,I 'd rather go to spend with my friends. Few time for me to spend with my family. So I need to have fun with my family.

we usually spend most of our time with our 2 year old son playing, laughing at the end of the day after work; but most of the time exhausted. but we make sure we spend our time together at weekends, just the three of us, going wherever the road leads us... we make sure our son is happy...
