remedies for break ups?

I was thinking of chocolate ice-cream, and ice blended latte, and chocolate muffins, and maybe pancakes with syrup or blueberry jam.. oh gosh, that would be so awesome right now!
I know this topic is so typical, and maybe would be the thousandth discussion post on mylot. But I just got through a very harsh break up, and it is so tiring that I've been crying my eyes out. Somehow, I think boys handle break ups better than us girls, don't you?? Hang out sessions with the girls tomorrow are very much needed, care to join us :)

My sister always says that every woman needs to own a pair of Wonderwoman underpants. She says it's impossible to feel down wearing Wonderwoman knickers.

You know what. it cannot be a duplicate discussion because it is your breakup and it is your feelings. I would say a pretty new outfit or a manicure and pedicure, and only one chocolaty treat at a time, to preserve your waistline. If I could I would join you and the other girls, meet you at the mall.

So sorry to hear that you have a harsh break - up with your boyfriend. You cried a lot because you love him, and maybe you should let him go now. Don't worry about it, time will be the best remedy for all. You can find your true love someday.

Actually, I often find that eating healthier food is better for a breakup than eating unhealthy food. If you eat food which is full of fat and sugar, although you might feel as though it's making you feel better at the time, you will just end up feeling sluggish, bloated, and no doubt even worse than you felt before you ate the food.
Whenever I break up with a boyfriend, I like to start going to the gym, maybe get an expensive haircut, and try out some new makeup techniques. If I feel that something positive (ie a better image for me) has come out of the breakup, I don't feel half as bad as I would have done if I'd just sat feeling sorry for myself because of him. I hate to let people think that he's won, and if you let it get to you then he has.

Remedies for that is to eat and relax and then try to be happy again. Go out with friends and dont go back to those places that reminds of your happy days and moments. Never think the guy that you break. Try also to have another friend with you that makes you happy. Slept well and fee happy. Have a nice day!

aww thanks for the invitation^^ anyway you say ice cream and all sweet things ahah to get cured^^ well that helps a bit :D anyway now seriously^^ i guess you are right that guys usually recover from break ups easier than girls but that depends of how much love he has for the girl also we are more emotional i guess we give ourselves easier than guys. for a guy to trust his heart to a girl is more difficult. we get easily in love if a guy is so sweet to us but with guys this doesnt always happen^^ anyway im sorry for what happened with you :( im sure is so hard bcs you really love him but cheer up bcs we all have someone for us and soon you find right one^^ you know we meet some people that hurt us before we meet right guy^^ so cheer up bcs he is the one losing^^ bcs you really love him and is so hard to find someone that we can say that really love us and he found it and wasted^^ so was his loss and not yours bcs you still can find yours that really love you and keep it forever^^ now smile :)

Chocolates are woman's best friend, it really works for me. Well I guess it's only mind over matter, if you will keep on thinking about it then it will always bug you but if you indulge yourself into other things then maybe you will easily forget him. But I know that it's not easy at all, just always tell yourself that you are not meant to be and that you have to move on for good. Good luck and enjoy life.

Break ups for us guys is not always easy. We suffer too and some even cry. it's hard for us to get over with. Is this your first time to be in tis situation? If it's that the case, well for me it's okay for you to feel that way, just do not do it the second or third time around. it's better to be single some might say. Enjoy life. There's nothing to lose if you enjoyed it.

yeah lilmuchang, i love that eating idea. Actually it helps a lot. Particularly chocolates, or chocolate ice cream, some people said that chocolates change your mood.
But I think lilmuchang its more healthy if you will focus on something that will forget about your break up. Something that could lighten your feeling. What about tiring exercise? or a sports, like swimming, badminton or boxing or kick boxing just to lessen the pain. and the good thing is doing this activities will give you good result :) isn't it? sexier and beautiful lilmuchang! :)

Pancakes with syrup sounds good, but so does the chocolate! I know, chocolate chip pancakes...yummy! I would get my hair done and my nails done and have a great time out with the girls. And I would join you if I could! :-)

The only thing that will cure a break up IMO is time. You can play music, eat food, drink, and other things, but those things will not mend your heart. You can start new hobbies to take your mind off of it, but just be aware it will still be there.
One good thing to do is just let your emotions go. After a while you'll be all cried out and able to move on.

hey friend you better go hang outs with your friends and find activities that can make your mind busy and think his negative traits to make easy for you to get over of that feelings. Try to open your heart to someone else again that is worthy to be love and will love you also...good luck
