What is your most treasured birthday gift?

Happy birthday in advance too!My last birthday i haven't receive any gifts,even not a regard.Happy for you that you have "him",i'm 23 now,and still don't have a girlfreind.I don't know how perfect the gift from the love is ,but i hope someday i'll figure it out.

Oh, hi there. ADVANCED HAPPY BIRTHDAY! =)) I seldom receive birthday gifts from my parents, and I ALWAYS receive gifts from my friends. Haha. Funny but it's true! :) I only receive gifts from my parents during my birthday, if I requested something from them. Of course, I'm not that "spoiled brat" type of daughter. I always value my parents, for they made me study to such a beautiful school, and they always give me the NECESSARY things that I wanted. Anyway, this coming October, I'll be 17 yrs. of age already. Then the next year, I'll already turn 18. : We've talked about it already, and I decided not to have my 18th debut, but instead a CAR. :) So, that would be the MOST PRECIOUS gift I'll ever received, especially it will come from my parents. :)

I received a music box from my parents on my 13th birthday. It was so beautiful and played the sweetest melody. A tiny ballerina spun around and there was a star shaped mirror inside. it also had a drawer underneath the music box to hold cherished momentos. This was my most treasured birthday gift.

Happy birthday in advance I posted a discussion before that this year is the best and worst birthday of mine ever..but even if it's the worst i still thank God for giving me another year. I should also say that this years birthday present given or say made by my boyfriend is the most treasured gift ever. Every year is special, but this one is really the best. I know my bf very well and I know he doesn't have any art or doesn't really know well about the applications of the computer to help him do stuff. I was so surprised when he sent me a personalized video made by him..yes him, i was soooo shocked that i didn't believe that he really made it. It was so cute and nice and I really love it. It really touched by heart that it has made me cry because I have seen the effort in trying to make my day perfect, well my day is already perfect when i get to talk to him. So I realized that not all material things are the best gifts ever, gifts given from the heart with effort no matter how simple it may be could really mark a place in your heart and mind and you will definitely treasure it forever. My most treasured birthday gifts consist of two mugs: one given by my dad, and one given by my brother. The mug given by my dad says "Don't Forget: I Love You". I cried a bucket of tears when I read it. The one given by my brother is a Harry Potter mug. He knows that Harry Potter is my favorite book series. The mug is color black when empty. But when filled with steaming hot water, the mug turns to a colorful picture of Harry Potter riding a broomstick.

The best gift I have is my family.. Everytime that I celebrate my birthday, they are always their for me. During ups and downs still they are there supporting me. However, I will never forget a gift from my mom, a very big bath towel doubled the size of a large blanket. This towel was given by her mother when she was still a teenager. I am not using it, but securing it safely to last longer. Maybe I will pass it also to my child one day. Its full of memory and sentimental value.

Anything that my kids have made me. I keep a box full of things they've created for birthdays and holidays.

I guess my most treasured birthday gift was a stuff animal of a heart. My boyfriend took it from a store. (it sounds like stealinh but a friend of mine worked there and said we could take anything we like). It was the best thing i have ever got :)

First, advance birthday wishes for you. My treasured birthday gift is a chocolate wrapper. This is the first one I got from my hubby before our marriage and I value it. It might sound funny to many, but for me it is indeed a treasure.

Two days after your natal anniversary is my day. The scripture says, "The children are an heritage of the LORD." (Psalm 127:3)I thank the LORD God for making me a heritage to my parents and now that i am grown up, i have more reasons to thank Him for giving me the kind of parents that i have now. I thank God for giving them the wisdom to raise me and my siblings. There are two gifts i treasured the most - the gift i received during my non-christian days and the gift during my Christian days - these two i will treasure not only during my birthdays but forever. I can say that the best gift i have received during my non-christian days was the gift of Trust from my parents. I've been away from them for many years since i entered college, so when i am on the brink of doing something bad, their Trust in me gets the upperhand for it has become my do's and dont's. The question that will always popped up in my mind is this, " Should i do this and break their Trust in me?" If i do, they will surely be grieved and they will shed tears because of my doing. It is easier for me to see myself crying than to see my parents weep for me.Breaking their gift of Trust means breaking their heart. And during my Christian days, the best gift i have received is the eternal life from God (John 3:16). It may sound foolishness to others but I will treasure it more than any other gifts that this world can give me. (Colossians 1:21-28)
