I just bought this computer! What could be wrong?

hmm sounds like some one was on you pc, ok this mite works tern of you pc and when it starts to boot as soon as you see the words windows press f8 on the upper number key then go to safe mod and then go to start and go to set programs and delete the last think you downloaded that mite be a virus that should work.

if you arent sure what you are doing, better dont do anything and leave it to therepair techs at the store where you bought the computer... since you bought it recently it should have its garauntee with it

Hi, In order to find a definite solution to your problem you must try to describe your problem little more elaborately. Was it a blue screen that is notifying you about the problem? Are the LEDs(small lights) on your cabinet flashing? Is the green light on your monitor is flashing? Do you know whether the fan behind the processor is moving? Can you enter into the BIOS settings? May be you've lost a vital system file or, may be there is no Windows installed at all. First try to install Windows in your computer. That will probably eliminate the problem immediately. If it doesn't then the problem is more intense and definitely involves your hardware. For now, install a fresh copy of Windows. Thanks. God bless you

might be there is problem with hard disk or windows is corrupted try to remove and add hard disk or format ur system

Hello Bd200789, It could be anything. Did you register your computer? Make certain that you do. Then call and report the problem immediately. The techs can walk you through, and check that everything is working properly. You want to have a record, so if it happens again within 90 days or 1 year, you can get a new computer, or service with no charge to you.

Since you said you just bought the computer it is certain that you still have a warranty for it. Go back or call the shop and explain the them clearly your problem. But before doing that, go and check your power cords and your extension wires (if you are using one).

hi Bd as you just bought that computer I would call the service dept of the store you bought it from as it will still be under f ull warranty and they do have to make it right. it should not cost you a penny and they will be able to fix the problem in no time.

Do you buy laptop or normal computer? is it branch new or second hand bd2007! You said it's ok now mean that it can start up windows now, right? if not you could take it to the shop where you buy it and ask for technique person to check your computer. sincerely!
