I have eczema and sometimes it's depressing because it keeps coming back. I avoid wearing shorts nowadays because my legs are ugly due to it. How do you deal with it ?

Yes, you hear or read it right that I do hate Myself on trusting so easily with the people around me when I knew in the end those friendship is just a partial time after using me..... I do not know how to change Myself unto this...
