Stupidity or Carelessness?

I spend most of my time on the PTP Forum I work for. I verify payout requests, check for spams, and chat with the members. Last Monday, one of the members, a fellow Filipino, who I regularly talk to reported a topic that was in the wrong section of the forum. The topic was about The recent bus hijacking that happened that day that made all the Filipinos glued to their TV's. The topic starter, posted the topic on the Entertainment section!!! Bus hijacking, people died, and it was on the Entertainment section! I was like, "what? what's with you?". I laughed at it for a few seconds, and then went ahead to deduct some points from the topic starter and then move the topic to the right section, which is the World Economy and News section. The next day, this same member who reported the other day, reported another spam topic. And it was about the same topic. The bus hijacking, and now it was posted in the Hobbies section! D*mn! What's wrong with you people? I mean, hello?! Bus hijacking, people dying, and it was in the Hobbies section?? I have to admit, the idea was kind of a bit funny but irritating at the same time. I did the same thing with it. Deducted points from the topic starter, and then delete the topic, since it was already posted the other day.
