Definitly not. In my case and others as I already had the possibility to compare, drinking too much produces headache, sickness, the bed seems like boat and the room is moving around, everything gets out of control. So you might be fighting against those symptomes which pushs you out of control instead of resting and enjoying a nice sleep.

Read a book....watch a movie...no matter how boring...but drink ONLY to take off the edge of the days work.....no point in getting drunk....after all it's just an excuse....to FORGET things...to SLEEP better...but in reality...getting up with a bad hangover is worse than facing a day in your work space, full of responsibilities...You perform those responsibilities responsibly...and at the end of they day you feel like having a few drinks to take the edge out... its NOT harming that responsibility....on the other hand if you are a irresponsible in your work....then you may need a whole lot of drinks to go to sleep...ultimately...Its the loser who goes to sleep having a peg too many...

There is a difference between going over drunk and getting just enough drunk just to be sleepy and not have a hang-over.

Yes I sleep better when I am drunk. I love to drink everyday because I want to sleep deep with no disturbances. When I am drunk even it's too noisy I didn't mind it, what in my mind to sleep. I experience it while I am here working abroad. When I am drunk no time to think my family in my country. When I am drunk alot of things come in to my mind about what happenings in my place, what my family doings and also my friends. Maybe this is the reason why most of my co-workers always drunk to forgot their family even in a couple of hours.

That is sad. Drinking everyday is not a very good habit. But maybe if you don't drink TOO much then it is ok.

try it so you can find out! I am going to have a nice sleep tonight because I am a bit drunk right now. As long as no one will wake me up early tomorrow!

No i don't. When I'm too drunk I puke and feel dizzy. when i lay down in bed it made me feel worse. Just had a drink is possible that would lull me to sleep and give me a wonderful sleep, but in a drunken state it's quite impossible for me.

it depends, sometimes my tummy get upsets and wakes me up easily to go to the toilet, while sometimes i have this weird dreams while I am drunk and wakes me up as well. but there are a few times when i sleep like a log when i am drunk.. i guess it depends of what kind of drinks i had..

"Do you sleep better when you are drunk?"
Let me think... hmm... not really! Hahaha... I just can't sleep, and when I finally can sleep, I wake up sooo early. Like 3 hours of sleeping, and I can't sleep again...
And when I sleep I wake up thirsty. The worst part of being drunk.

i havnt been drunk in about 2 years now as ive been busy having babies! i used to always wake up really early, abot 5am when i had a drink and couldnt get back to sleep so i would take the dog a walk then do housework then make a large cooked breakfast and watch a film in bed, i would fall asleep watchimg the film and not get up till about 6pm then have a shower the dinner and back to sleep! i miss days like that!
