I noticed that when my dog is sleeping, she usually move her feet as if she's running or something. sometimes it's as if she has an enemy, i can see her canine teeth. so i come up with this question, do animals (especially dogs) dream like humans do, too? well we can't really answer this because we are not like them, but what can you say? is it really possible? does science have explanation regarding this?

i'm sure they might.
my tortie cat talks and moves her legs while sleeping,so something must be going on in there.

For dogs, yes they do dreaming. It happens many many times to my late puppy(dog-I only name him puppy). He always had dreams, I can see his eyes is rolling, he barks and cry, he's feet were moving too. I can hear him snore too just like human, I thought it was my father, haha ! Even the cats are dreaming too! I just don't know if other animals does.

I believe very strongly that they do
I have always had Rescue Dogs including little Gissi who I have now
He has Nghtmares, he cries in his sleep and sometimes really bad, he has growled in his sleep so yes I do believe they dream
The chasing one is a very common one in Dogs lol and I think it is so cute

I have wondered many times if animals do dream when they sleep. I have seen my cats twitching in their sleep. i have wondered if they do dream, do they dream of humans or other animals. It would be interesting to find out if animals did dream and what their dreams meant.

waah that's a very interesting question.
our dog does move, bare fangs, or jerk while sleeping.
i searched for an answer online, and found out that, yeah, dogs do dream~ that was a really amazing find for me^_^
based on research, the brain activity of a dog increases when it is in deep sleep. they also have rapid eye movements (REM) which is a sign of dreaming.
ugh, i wanted to paste the link but i couldn't. *sigh* well i guess you could use the mylot search engine and earn some cents~!XD

Maybe they do, because they also have brains which able them to make dreams. but I believed the science has a concrete explanation with regards to that matter.

I think they do have dreams, sometimes I would hear our dog whining when he sleeps. As if he is having a nightmare, at times he would also toss from left to right.

I have a cat and a dog and often the cat will shake when she is in a deep sleep. Sometimes the dog makes whimpering noises so we reckon these must be times when the animals are dreaming.
