HELP: Can I use the debit card of my sister to verify my Paypal Account?

My sister has a debit card but the bank where she got it is not in my country. Can I still use it to verify my account even though it's from overseas bank? If yes, how? Thanks!

devsin25 if it is an international debit card-----then possible----see the logo on the card and try to find same logo on any business establishment or ATM machine-----it will be known to you
